Professional Implementation Consulting Services (PICS) is founded by Richard Rosenthal and Terry Rossi. The company's mission to provide outstanding technical and application consulting services to QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) users in North America. The company's vision is to bridge the gap between the technology of the Internet and the applications of business.

PICS becomes one of the first QAD Service Alliance Partners in North America. The QAD Alliance Program is a global network of more than 150 organizations providing QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) consulting and implementation services.

The PICS On-line division is formed. PICS On-line is a full service ISP serving the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey areas offering dial-up internet, dedicated connections, web site hosting and web design.

PICS secures a contract with the state of New Jersey to provide internet services to schools, courts, and other municipal institutions.

PICS moves its corporate offices to 40 High Street in historic Mt. Holly New Jersey along with the existing fiber optic data center already in place.

PICS achieves certification from business partner Eagle Consulting and Development Corporation (ECD). This certification allows PICS to implement ECD's RF Express for QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) in North America and makes PICS the sole third party implementer of RF Express for QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) in the US.

PICS reaches a milestone of $1M annual sales.

PICS continues to experience record growth due to Y2K and the Internet boom.

PICS releases NetPICS a web enabled toolset for supplier schedules, forecasting and purchasing.

PICS acquires the rights to Cogita's UbiNow and UBISoon and their worldwide user base. These products will be re-written and renamed to BatchTrak & SysTrak. BatchTrak extends the batch processing functionality of QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) and eliminates the need for manual or operating system job start-up processes. SysTrak is a total monitoring solution which brings together Unix and Progress performance data all within QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ).

PICS On-Line acquires and develops web-host.com our low-cost self service hosting property.

PICS releases DocLib an Integrated Document Management Solution specifically designed to meet the needs of QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) users.

PICS becomes a PROGRESS Application Partner. Progress Application Partners provide over 5,000 software applications that meet the specific industry needs of customers around the world.

PICS becomes a Technology Alliance Partner with Kofax. Kofax is the market leader and de facto standard in capture application software, device connectivity and image processing. In 1995, Kofax introduced Ascent Capture, the first shrink-wrapped information-capture application for document and content management systems. Today, Ascent is a robust, expandable, enterprise-class platform and the most widely used capture solution in the world. PICS incorporates Ascent Capture into DocLib providing our users with a robust imaging solution.

PICS enters into a distribution and support agreement with TCG Information Systems of Australia and becomes the North American distributor of FormTrap. FormTrap was first released in 1993 and boasts over 120 installed QAD Enterprise Applications ( MFG/PRO ) customers. Designed to accept print data from almost any application on any system and born from a heritage of well-established printing solutions. Since that time it has evolved from a print formatting solution into a fully-fledged electronic document design and delivery system.

Due to continued record growth, PICS moves our corporate headquarters two doors down from our previous location to 46 High Street in Mt. Holly. Our new headquarters features a state of the art data center that hosts customer's web sites and E-Commerce applications.

PICS opens a Michigan satellite office. Due to the growth of its business and the expanding needs of its customers, PICS opened a new office in Wixom, MI. PICS consulting services, sales and marketing departments will be located in this office. PICS global headquarters and Internet services will continue to operate from Mt. Holly, NJ.

PICS releases DocLib version v2.32. This version includes the new Workflow Module. The Workflow module allows our users to manage complex business processes by creating structured processes that allow for the approval of documents and document packets.

2006 PICS continues to expand to serve our clients needs. Our General Ledger Chart of Accounts Product is totally re-written for speed, expandability and eb2.1 multi-domain compatibility. We embark on an agressive marketing campaign for our products.

2007 Continuing a 12 year investment in our company, we partner with ACS Mellon to offer a state of the art Health Care Savings Account for our employees. In addition we partner with Gevity to manage our Human Resources.
